Slimming World BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
Low Calorie Cooking Spray
1 Onion, Peeled & Chopped
1 tsp Mild Chilli Powder
225g Passata
3 tbsp Sweetner
4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Mustard Powder
Salt & Groud Black Pepper
Method
Spray pan with low calorie cooking spray and sauté the onions and chilli powder until the onions are softened.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, bring by to the boil and simmer until sauce is thickened. Approximately 15 minutes. Taste as its cooking to make sure the sauce is not too sour, if so then add more sweetener.

Slimming World Bacon Quiche
Ingredients:
6 Medium Eggs
Splash of Milk
6 Rashers of bacon with fat trimmed off
1/2 Onion Chopped
Handful of Frozen Mixed Peppers or fresh
30g Grated Cheese
5 Tommy Tomatos halved
Salt & Pepper
Pinch of Mixed Herbs
Method
Spray pan with low calorie cooking spray and sauté the onions until softened, set aside. Sauté the peppers until softened.
Cut Bacon into pieces and add to to your quiche dish. Whisk eggs with milk, salt & pepper and mixed herbs. Add peppers and onions to the quiche dish then pour egg mixure on top. Mix together in dish then sprinkle cheese and add halved Tomatos.
Cook in oven for 30 minutes and then enjoy.
